Louise Panneton is the President of NextGen Infra Advisors and has over 30+ years of experience in the real estate sector. She has an in-depth knowledge of the service industry through her early involvement in a facilities management delivery organization, where she was CFO. Her leadership on many advisory mandates and active involvement in associations such as IFMA, BOMA, CCPPP, and IPDA provide a broad analytical background. Louise offers strategic input on in-house and externally delivered service models, drawing on extensive knowledge to craft innovative, easy-to-implement solutions. She has developed progressive performance-management frameworks that drive compliance and ongoing innovation.
As Director of Data Center and Infrastructure Digitization at NextGen Infra Advisors, Boudy Abi-Samra brings over a decade of leadership in delivering and managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across North America. He has managed mission-critical portfolios exceeding $500 million of asset value, advancing digital transformation and sustainability at scale. Boudy guides projects from strategic planning to commissioning—advising on secure, modular infrastructure that meets global standards and regulatory frameworks. Renowned for building agile teams and driving results, he ensures continuity of critical systems while promoting innovation and cost-effective solutions, reflecting NextGen’s commitment to smart, resilient infrastructure.
Richard is a consultant and technical advisor with hands-on experience operating and maintaining complex building systems, including HVAC. He works with clients to develop output specifications and service levels for P3 and outsourcing agreements, tailoring requirements using adapted NextGen templates. Richard designs performance regimes based on outcome-based indicators, prepares lifecycle cost estimates, and reviews change-related submissions—securing significant savings. His expertise extends to infrastructure procurement, contributing to RFP question sets, contract terms, and evaluation frameworks.
